The Creative Design Brief
Once your order has been confirmed, we will contact
you to ask you to answer the questions in our creative design brief.
This helps us understand you, your business and your business requirements.
Creative Matters have over 25 years experience in the design industry,
so when it comes to brochure design, logo design, exhibition design,
menu design, leaflet design, flyer design and web design we have
the experience to produce creative solutions that really work. We
know what to look for to make sure we design materials that fulfill

Your Design Concepts & Revisions
The designers that are assigned to your project will
produce initial design concepts based on what the design brief tells
them your company wants to convey with your materials. Initial design
concepts will be available for viewing within five working days.
These are concepts only so once you choose the style you are happy
with you will be able to make revisions to get your materials exactly
how you want to see them. Our design team will make revisions based
on your feedback so you are always involved in the design process.
